Start or Sit

Start Rico Dowdle

Rico Dowdle is coming off a 200-yard game against the Carolina Panthers. He is matched up against a very poor Dallas Cowboys defense, which has not been able to stop the run nor pass. Dallas is allowing 127 yards a game, which puts Rico Dowdle in a great position for another breakout game without Chuba Hubbard.

Start Jayden Daniels

Daniels is coming off a solid week vs the Los Angeles Chargers. Daniels did not have to do a whole lot to comeout with a win against a lackluster performance by the Chargers offense. The commanders will have a high-scoring matchup against a weak Chicago Bears defense, which should result in a stellar performance from Daniels.

Start Packers D/ST

The Packers D has been relatively solid this year outisde of a dissapointment against Dallas. Joe Flacco will get the start for the Bengals, which should be a small improvement from Jake Browning but not enough to shelve the defense.

Sit Kenneth Gainwell

Kenneth Gainwell broke out against the Vikings in the Ireland game. The Steelers’ offense has been quite solid through week 5, but the Browns pose a tough matchup for running backs. Last week, Jordan Mason rushed for 52 yards on 13 carries, and his week was only salvaged by a touchdown. The Browns have the best defense against the run. The Browns’ offense has looked much better since Gabriel has been the starter. I expect Gainwell to have a relatively unproductive week with limited touches.

Drop Tyrone Tracy Jr.

It’s time to pull the plug on Tyrone Tracy. Ever since he went down with a week 3 shoulder injury, Cam Skattebo has been the number 1 guy in New York. I don’t expect Tracy to be a valuable part of the Giants’ offense unless there is an injury to Skattebo. Unless you are in a deep league, I do not see much upside to Tracy.
